When we begin to look at the layouts of a property we look for opportunities to create unique features. From making the most of beautiful views and surroundings to really thinking about how the property will be used and enjoyed.

Creating this bathroom layout allows residence to enjoy a sense of escapism looking out over the landscape. Designing something that can be looked forward to whenever they visit the property.

This reading nook elevates the lounge giving it a second area to relax in, looking out over the garden. Making the most of the space and creating a quite zone for when lots of family are visiting.
